Leadership biography
Joseph has served in active ministry for 20 years, including 10 years in pastoral leadership. His ministry experience is joined by service on the boards of multiple nonprofit organizations and ministries.
He holds a Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual Formation and Leadership. His leadership is marked by disciplined study, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to thoughtful spiritual formation.
As vice president, Joseph brings theological depth, organizational experience, nonprofit-governance perspective, and pastoral wisdom to the Institute’s work in Springfield and the communities it serves.
